Hired 3 e-bikes from these guys. Great Dutch style bikes, very comfortable and well maintained. Did 60km easily with battery to spare. Friendly staff who tolerated our lack of french and spoke great English. Top bike shop.

Had a slight issue with one of our ebikes and popped in on the off chance they could look at it. The gentleman there was extremely helpful and looked at it the following morning, phoning us with an update. No work had been needed and he did not charge us. We left a donation instead to assist in the work they do for charity.
We’d visited a repair shop in Bergerac the previous day and they suggested new parts were needed and had no space to assist for a week, so the practical help we received here was much appreciated.
Can’t recommend them highly enough and would suggest if you have a problem this is a great place to seek help.

A good cycle shop in every sense of the word. Delightful and polite staff that were honest about the best time to drop my bike off for repair and how long it might take because of their workload. Knowledgably and skilled technician staff. Excellent communication about when the bike was ready for pick up. The work done was very good and the prices were honest and competitive.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a great ethos. We bought 2 electric bikes from GoodTurn Cycles having visited several other cycle shops in the area and are confident we made the right choice. They were happy to take as long as we wanted asking questions and test riding the bikes. Would definitely recommend.

Hired 3 electric bikes, staff couldn’t have been more helpful providing information and maps on several bike routes. The scenery we saw on our chosen route was breathtaking and had only left us wishing we had more time to take in some of the other routes. Would highly recommend.
